How did Embassy come about
Embassy was founded in 2015 by Niko Vatheuer. It is a German vegan outdoor brand focused on making warm, durable winter coats. Niko forms a small team together with his wife Anna and Eric Mirbach.
What does Embassy do
Embassy's goal is to create a contemporary fashion brand with high aesthetic and ethical standards. The designs focus on contemporary fashion combined with functionality. Embassy's main goal is to create a great product. The brand's second step is to then make the product as sustainable as possible. They follow the credo: design first.
How does Embassy produce
For Embassy, it is important that their items are produced in a good way. Fair working conditions and a safe environment is a must. Embassy's jackets are designed in Germany and produced in China. The brand likes to work with somewhat smaller production partners. This way they can guarantee that the conditions are good.
What materials does Embassy use
Bij Embassy of brick and logs maken ze gebruik van met de hand geselecteerde premium materialen. De winterjassen van Embassy zijn gemaakt van gerecyclede en PETA-approved vegan materialen. De padding in de jassen is gemaakt met gerecyclede PET-flessen uit de oceaan. Daarnaast heeft het merk een innovatieve faux fur ontwikkeld, ook gemaakt van gerecyclede PET-flessen, die net zo zacht is als dierlijk materiaal.
